I'm platform-agnostic. Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, OneSignal, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, and others. Strategy comes first, then we pick the right tools. I also work directly with engineering teams when off-the-shelf tools aren't enough.

Revenue. Everything I do ties back to activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, retention rate, and LTV. I set up dashboards so you can see exactly how each lifecycle flow performs. Vanity metrics like open rates are nice but they don't pay the bills. We track what actually moves the business.
